Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The Senior Executive will collaborate closely with department heads to assess and fulfill hiring needs efficiently while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting with a strong understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with candidates, stakeholders, and teams effectively
- Experience in Employer Branding to attract and retain top talent
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
