Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to be based at the client's
premises. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of AIT Global at the client site, managing end-to-end recruitment while building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. This
role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive and confident personality, and the ability
to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the on-site recruitment partner at the client location, managing day-to-day hiring
requirements.
• Partner with client hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver the right
talent within agreed timelines.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal
databases.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical fit and
cultural alignment.
• Pitch and persuade quality candidates about job opportunities, clearly articulating the role,
growth prospects, and client brand.
• Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding
coordination.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a
positive experience.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-vetted candidates for recurring and niche roles.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratios, and sourcing channel
effectiveness.
• Represent AIT Global professionally at all client interactions, maintaining confidentiality and
service standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred
• 4–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in staffing,
engineering, or IT industries.
• Fluent in English — both spoken and written — with the ability to communicate clearly and
confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills; ability to influence candidate decisions and
manage objections effectively.
• Comfortable working independently at client premises with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Bayt, etc.) and ATS (Success
Factor) tools.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Professional demeanour with a client-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements
Prior experience in on-site or embedded recruitment roles at client locations.
• Knowledge of engineering, wind, IT, or oil & gas domains is a strong advantage.
