Role Description
As a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition, you will play a vital role in identifying and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s recruitment needs. Daily responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting strategies for employer branding. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida that requires effective collaboration with various departments and external partners to achieve hiring goals and also carry additional responsibility of Administration Jobs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and IT Recruitment processes
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments and engage with candidates
- Experience with Employer Branding to attract top-tier talent and enhance the organization’s reputation in the market
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; additional certifications in recruitment or HR are a plus
- Familiarity with recruitment in the technology or cloud telephony sector is an added advantage
