Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition. The primary responsibilities include managing the end-to-end hiring and recruitment process, building relationships with potential candidates, and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. The role also involves developing and executing innovative employer branding strategies, focusing specifically on IT recruitment and other talent needs. The candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and implement tailored recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes, with a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Excellent Communication skills for effective candidate and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with Employer Branding strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Expertise in IT Recruitment and sourcing for technical roles
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven, and evolving environment
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems or recruitment platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or technology-driven industries is a plus
