Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Executive or Senior Manager in Real Estate Sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving property sales by generating and qualifying leads, meeting with potential clients, and presenting suitable residential or commercial solutions to meet their needs. The role involves negotiating deals, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships. The individual will also stay informed about current market trends and maintain updated knowledge of Propsalt Landbase’s offerings to provide strategic solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client relationship management, communication, and networking
- Experience in sales strategy formulation, negotiation, and sales closing
- Strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market, with the ability to recommend tailored solutions
- Proven ability to generate leads through market research and engagement activities
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Previous experience in the real estate industry, particularly in residential and commercial sales, is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
