About Role

We are looking for an SEO + AIO (AI Optimization) Specialist with 2–4 years of experience who can drive organic traffic growth and optimize content for both search engines and AI-driven platforms. The candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility on Google, optimizing content for AI search experiences, and implementing modern SEO strategies to increase rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Role And Responsibilities-

  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis to identify ranking opportunities.
  • Optimize website pages for on-page SEO factors, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and schema markup.
  • Develop and implement content optimization strategies for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.
  • Optimize content to appear in featured snippets, AI overviews, and answer-based search results.
  • Analyze search trends and create SEO-driven content strategies for blogs, landing pages, and exam-related pages.
  • Ensure that web pages load quickly and are mobile-friendly to improve the user experience.
  • Implement structured data markup to enhance search engine listings.
  • Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword strategies.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.
  • Optimize website architecture, sitemaps, and internal linking for improved search engine crawling and indexing.
  • Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and improve organic rankings, traffic, and CTR using SEO tools and analytics.
  • Open to working on weekends/holidays (depending on the urgency of the work).

Qualifications

  • Should be a Graduate.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and organic growth.
  • Experience in an EdTech Company and knowledge of Govt. Jobs will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI search optimization, prompt-driven research, and AI content analysis tools.
  • Understanding of schema markup, indexing issues, and crawl optimization.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
