Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Sales Representative based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and cultivating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and guiding clients through the property buying or selling process. Responsibilities include conducting property presentations, negotiating deals, and staying updated on real estate market trends. The position requires collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide tailored property recommendations
- Proficiency in managing client interactions and maintaining professional relationships
- Knowledge of the real estate market, especially in metro city regions, is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales software is a plus
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently or in a team
- Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred
