Role Overview
This role is designed for a proactive professional who can drive
lead generation, client engagement, and project execution in a professional services environment. The individual must be confident in interacting with senior stakeholders, adept at using modern tools for outreach, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Identify and connect with the right points of contact across industries using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other lead-generation platforms.
- Initiate conversations and set up meetings through cold emails and LinkedIn reach-outs.
- Build strong pipelines by consistently hunting for new opportunities.
- Database Management:
- Create, maintain, and source databases from multiple channels.
- Ensure data accuracy and usability for outreach campaigns.
- Project Management:
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Stakeholder Interaction:
- Confidently engage with Indian and foreign CXOs through audio/video calls.
- Collaborate effectively with internal management teams to align on goals.
- Teamwork & Execution:
- Detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Work as a reliable team player while demonstrating independence in execution.
Requirements
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written business communication, essential for client-facing interactions.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the professional services industry is preferred, providing contextual understanding.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for presentations, reporting, and documentation.
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree, with preference for MBA in Finance, Sales, or Marketing
