Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing inbound web leads, engaging with prospects over calls and digital channels, and driving revenue by selling Workmen’s Compensation Insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound web leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Drive consistent revenue growth by achieving sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records and track progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Experience in inside sales, web sales, or tele-sales.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on performance.
