Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive at TradeIndia.com, located in Chandigarh. In this role, the Senior Executive will oversee and manage critical functions that help connect buyers and sellers effectively. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, implementing strategies to drive growth, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Senior Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage and enhance the customer experience and contribute to achieving company targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client relationship management, communication, and customer service
- Strong skills in market analysis, planning, and strategy development
- Ability to work effectively as part of cross-functional teams and drive results
- Experience in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Knowledge of the B2B industry and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on sales, marketing, or business development
