Role Overview:
IRMS is strengthening its middle-level management team to support its registry and share management operations and ensure operational continuity. We are looking for commerce graduates and CS Inter candidates with experience in registry services, IPO processing, and demat-related activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- l Education: B.Com or Commerce Graduate
- l Preferred Qualification: CS Inter
- l Experience: 3 – 5 years in Registry Management / Share Registry / RTA / Capital Market operations
Key Responsibilities:
- l Handle registry operations related to equity shares and investor records
- l Process activities related to IPO allotment and post-issue registry work
- l Manage RTA (Registrar & Transfer Agent) related documentation and operations
- l Handle share transfer, transmission, and dematerialization (physical shares to Demat) processes
- l Maintain shareholder records and documentation
- l Coordinate with Depositories, clients, and internal teams for registry-related activities
- l Ensure compliance with regulatory SEBI and operational procedures
- l Coordination of SEBI
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- l Good understanding of IPO processes
- l Knowledge of RTA operations
- l Experience in share transfer and demat processes
- l Understanding of capital market / investor services documentation
- l Good attention to detail and documentation skills
- l Proficiency in MS Office
