Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gondal for the position of Senior Executive Purchase. The responsibilities include handling procurement activities, identifying and collaborating with suppliers, negotiating cost-effective purchase agreements, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials. The role also involves maintaining proper documentation of transactions, managing inventory levels, and conducting evaluations of suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential to drive cost optimization and efficient sourcing.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier negotiation, and strategic purchasing
- Proficiency in inventory management and maintaining procurement documentation
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and vendor management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and procurement software
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a purchasing or supply chain role is highly advantageous
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines
