Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Executive – Planning & Strategy to support strategic thinking and media planning across the outdoor advertising ecosystem. This role involves working closely with teams to decode client objectives, analyze market and audience insights, and help build impactful outdoor media solutions that balance creativity, reach, and effectiveness.
What You’ll Do-
Support the development of outdoor media and communication strategies across formats including billboards, transit, airport, metro, and ambient media
Work alongside senior team members to understand client objectives, category dynamics, audience behaviour, and market trends
Assist in creating strategic recommendations backed by research, audience insights, and media rationale
Help build planning decks, pitch presentations, market studies, and campaign reviews
Coordinate with media owners, internal planning teams, and client servicing teams for seamless execution and alignment
Track campaign performance, market visibility, and post-campaign learnings to support future planning
Analyze competition activity, location relevance, traffic movement, and audience opportunities across cities and markets
Support annual planning, quarterly reviews, and ongoing strategic projects for brands across categories
Contribute to identifying innovative outdoor opportunities and emerging trends within the OOH landscape
Ideal Candidate
Strong Senior Executive – Planning & Strategy (Outdoor) Profile
Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 1+ years of experience in media planning, strategy, research, or analytics within outdoor advertising.
Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have demonstrated experience building planning decks, pitch presentations, market studies, or campaign reviews — not just execution or coordination-only backgrounds
Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience working with data, market insights, and audience research to arrive at clear strategic recommendations.
Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including media owners, planning teams, and client servicing teams for campaign execution and alignment.
Mandatory (Skill 1) – Must have strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel — ability to independently build decks, analyse data, and present structured recommendations is non-negotiable
Mandatory (Skill 2) – Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and recommendations clearly to internal teams and clients
Mandatory (Skill 3) – Must have a structured and detail-oriented approach with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Skill 1) – Understanding of the outdoor media landscape and different OOH formats including billboards, transit, airport, metro, and ambient media
Preferred (Skill 2) – Genuine curiosity about brands, consumers, media behaviour, and cultural trends with awareness of competition activity and emerging OOH opportunities.
