Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and generate high-quality leads for our aviation training programs. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SEO, WordPress website management, and paid advertising through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Work Arrangement
● Full-time role
● Work from Office (Monday to Friday)
● Saturdays: Permanent Work from Home
● Candidate must have their own laptop
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Implementation
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings
- Conduct keyword research related to aviation training, pilot training, and cabin crew programs
- Monitor website traffic and optimize content for better organic visibility
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate improvements
2. Website Management (WordPress)
- Manage, update, and optimize the company website on WordPress
- Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns
- Ensure website speed, performance, and mobile optimization
- Coordinate with designers/developers for website updates and improvements
3. Paid Advertising (Google & Meta Ads)
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Optimize campaigns to generate qualified leads for aviation training programs
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Track conversions and improve campaign performance
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyze marketing data and identify opportunities to improve ROI
5. Lead Generation & Marketing Strategy
- Develop digital marketing strategies to increase student inquiries and enrollments
- Work closely with the admissions and sales teams to improve lead conversion
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
- Hands-on experience managing WordPress website
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in education, training, or aviation-related marketing
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization
