Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive, based in Ranchi. The Senior Executive will oversee padlock and hardware/tools product business operations while driving sales and growth initiatives. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, meeting revenue targets, coordinating marketing strategies, and overseeing product inventory. The role also requires analyzing market trends and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify and target growth opportunities
• Experience in customer relationship management and driving customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of market analysis, competitive landscape, and industry trends
• Time management, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with hardware/tools or similar industries is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
