Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive - Operations role in Facility Management, based in Kolkata and Guwahati. The role involves overseeing and optimizing daily operations to maintain efficiency and ensure seamless management across facilities. Key responsibilities include coordinating with teams, managing resources, implementing operational strategies, and monitoring performance. The individual will also ensure compliance with quality standards and foster cross-departmental communication to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management and team coordination.

- Experience in operations and operations management with a focus on achieving efficiency and productivity.
