Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gwalior for a Senior Executive Operations at Blue Dart. The Senior Executive Operations will oversee daily logistics and operational activities, monitor the efficient delivery of consignments, ensure optimal utilization of air and ground capacity, and uphold Blue Dart’s service quality standards. The role also involves coordinating team activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines, streamlining processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management and logistics coordination skills
- Proficiency in analyzing data, developing operational strategies, and streamlining processes
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality service standards
- Understanding of supply chain management and regulatory compliance related to logistics
- Proficient in using software tools for operations and logistics management
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a strong advantage
