To drive sales growth, ensure seamless operations, and manage the business relationship with DMart Ready (DMart Online and offline) by maintaining product availability, executing promotional activities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the DMart Ready / DMart Online business account.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure optimum product availability and stock replenishment across all assigned categories.
- Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor SKU-wise sales performance and recommend actions for business growth.
- Execute promotional activities, campaigns, and new product launches as per agreed timelines.
- Track inventory levels and minimize stock-outs and lost sales opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Manage order processing, claims, deductions, and payment reconciliations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and buying teams.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; Graudate preferred.
- 5–6 years of experience in Modern Trade, E-commerce, or Key Account Management.
- Experience handling DMart Ready, Modern Trade, or E-commerce accounts preferred.
