We are looking for an Australian Mortgage Executive / Processor who has hands-on experience in mortgage operations and can join immediately. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Australian mortgage workflow, bank calculations, documentation, and mortgage-related software.
Key Resposnisbility
- Work on Bank Serviceability Calculators
- Handle Property Valuations
- Prepare and manage Loan Documentation
- Complete and submit Bank Forms Filling
- Work on Mercury Nexus Software
- Use and manage tasks on Property Hub
- Support mortgage file processing from application to submission
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and document handling
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth file processing
Required Skills
- Experience in Australian Mortgage Process
- Good understanding of Loan File Handling
- Knowledge of Bank Servicing Calculations
- Experience with Valuation Process
- Hands-on experience in Loan Docs Preparation
- Familiarity with Mercury Nexus and Property Hub
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail
Candidate Requirement
- Must be an Immediate Joiner
- Prior experience in Australian Mortgage is mandatory
- Comfortable with Onsite work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Candidate
- Candidate with end-to-end mortgage processing experience
- Strong documentation and file submission knowledge
- Software experience in mortgage CRM/tools preferred
