Key Responsibilities:
1. Logistics Process Management
• Strong understanding of forward and reverse logistics (RVP & RTO).
• Ability to manage region-wise pickup cut-off times and align daily load connections.
• Track and manage logistics flow dynamically, aligned with business needs.
2. Vendor & Partner Management
• Experience with 3P logistics partners (Delhivery, Ekart, Bluedart).
• Ability to conduct vendor performance reviews (TAT, Delivery Experience).
• Drive process improvement and geographic performance enhancements.
3. Customer-Centric Execution
• Ensure delivery experience and complaint resolution within SLA (e.g., 48 hours).
• Strong ownership of bad/lost/damaged shipment claims and escalations.
• Work closely with CS and finance to close the loop on CX-impacting issues.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
• Review vendor MIS for TAT, returns, claims, and process alignment.
• Use Excel and internal tools to monitor actual vs. promised TAT and NPS.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with Warehouse, EBO, IT, CS, and finance teams.
• Coordinate internal and external teams for seamless execution.
6. Process Improvement & Optimization
• Identify and act on process time reduction from first mile to last mile.
• Drive weekly and monthly performance reviews with actionable outcomes.
7. Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Strong written and verbal communication for managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Regular updates, escalation handling, and proactive problem-solving.
8. Technology & Tools Proficiency
• Comfortable using internal logistics tools, vendor portals, Excel dashboards.
• Understanding of logistics tech integrations and operational workflows.
