Job Description
Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end operations for Emerging Markets, from business signing to commercial execution.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs (RA) and Project Management (PM) teams on filings and legalized document exchanges.
Alliance & Supply Chain Management
- Follow up with partners on Distribution Agreements (DAs), filings, approvals, and launches.
- Collaborate with PM and supply chain teams on special imports and Purchase Order (PO) execution.
Transportation & Vendor Management
- Organize pharmaceutical product transportation and monitor shipments for on-time delivery.
- Engage logistics service providers to meet quality and service standards.
Finance Coordination
- Track payments, manage LCs, ensure payment terms, and handle MTT transactions.
Data & Reporting
- Analyse logistics data, generate reports on trends, and recommend operational improvements.
Problem Resolution & Collaboration
- Resolve logistics issues promptly, reporting to the cluster head.
- Partner with procurement, sales, marketing, and other teams to align with business strategy.
- Provide customer support and manage feedback.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven expertise in international logistics for CIS, African, Asian, and MENA regions , regulated markets
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in flexible USA-India hours.
- Strong knowledge of logistics quality assurance standards.
Preferred Experience
- Background in pharmaceuticals or multinational exporting firms.
- Familiarity with international regulatory requirements.
