Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Liaisoning Executive to manage and support all land registration-related operations at the Penukonda Sub-Registrar Office (SRO).
The role involves coordinating high-volume land registrations, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining strong working relationships with SRO officials to ensure smooth and timely execution of registration processes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Registration Operations Management
- Handle day-to-day land registration activities at Penukonda SRO
- Coordinate registration schedules and ensure timely document processing
- Manage high-volume registrations efficiently without delays
- Documentation & Coordination
- Coordinate with document writers, surveyors, and legal teams
- Verify all required documents before submission, including:
- Sale Deed
- Link Documents
- Encumbrance Certificate (EC)
- FMB Sketch
- Aadhaar, PAN, Photographs
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with registration requirements
- SRO Liaisoning & On-Ground Support
- Arrange time slots and tokens for registrations
- Ensure presence of buyers, sellers, and witnesses during registration
- Assist all parties during the registration process at SRO
- Maintain professional relationships with SRO officials
- Resolve on-ground issues proactively to avoid delays
- Payment & Process Handling
- Manage payments related to stamp duty, challans, demand drafts (DDs), and registration charges
- Ensure proper tracking and documentation of all payments
- Collect registered documents and hand over to legal/company team
- Maintain daily MIS reports covering:
- Completed registrations
- Pending cases
- Upcoming registrations
- Provide regular status updates to management
Education
Qualifications & Experience
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in land registration coordination (preferred)
Technical & Functional Skills
- Knowledge of land registration procedures and documentation
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Familiarity with basic documentation and MIS reporting
