Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Executive – Influencer Marketing to lead and execute influencer collaborations across platforms for Fraganote.
This role will focus on building strong creator relationships, executing influencer campaigns end-to-end, driving brand awareness and engagement, and ensuring all collaborations align with Fraganote’s luxury and premium brand positioning.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns, strong understanding of creator ecosystems, and the ability to independently handle collaborations and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms aligned with the brand aesthetic.
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns for launches, collections, and ongoing brand storytelling initiatives.
- Handle end-to-end influencer coordination including outreach, negotiations, campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive product seeding, gifting campaigns, PR outreach, and paid creator collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
- Track campaign performance metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI, while sharing regular performance reports.
- Ensure all influencer content aligns with Fraganote’s luxury brand tone, aesthetics, and visual guidelines.
- Stay updated with influencer trends, platform updates, viral formats, and competitor activity.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams including brand, content, performance marketing, and design for smooth campaign execution.
- Identify new creator opportunities and scalable influencer partnership ideas for the brand
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within D2C, beauty, fragrance, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and evolving creator ecosystems.
- Proven experience handling both barter and paid influencer collaborations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Working knowledge of influencer analytics, campaign tracking, and ROI measurement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of content aesthetics and brand positioning.
- Prior experience working with agencies, creator managers, or influencer platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
