Position: Senior Executive Human Resources
Location: Visakhapatnam
Salary: 35,000/- to 40,000/- per month
Education & Experience:
- MBA (HR) graduation is required.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience in Core HR Operations. Solid understanding of core Human Resources (HR) practices and compliance
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies.
- Good Verbal & Written Communication skills are mandatory.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, Onboarding & Workforce Planning: Manage manpower planning, hiring, employee onboarding, and workforce allocation as per business needs.
- Employee Relations, Engagement & Performance Management: Build a positive work culture through employee engagement, grievance handling, appraisals, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Payroll, Compensation, Benefits & HR Compliance: Oversee payroll processing, attendance, compensation structures, employee benefits, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Training, Development & Policy Implementation: Organize employee training programs, leadership development, and ensure proper implementation of HR and administrative policies.
- Documentation, MIS Reporting & Operational Support: Maintain employee records, contracts, statutory documentation, reports, and provide administrative support for overall business operations.
