Key Responsibilities
HRMS & System Management
- Manage and maintain HR data using Spine HRMS or other HRMS platforms.
- Ensure accuracy of employee records, attendance, and leave management in the system.
- Generate HR reports and MIS using the HRMS platform.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for data validation through the HRMS.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations including:
- PF
- ESIC
- Gratuity
- Professional Tax
- Labour Welfare Fund
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants for compliance and inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration (MBA HR preferred).
- 4–6 years of experience in HR operations and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, preferably Spine HRMS.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on HRMS management.
- Data management and reporting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee data and HR documentation.
- Handle employee lifecycle management
