Currently looking for a Senior Executive - HR to manage end-to-end HR generalist activities and support workforce planning across full-time and event-based roles.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time, contractual, part-time, and event-based roles
• Perform CV screening, initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews
• Build and maintain a pipeline of temporary staff, freelancers, and vendors
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction as per company processes
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure data confidentiality
• Handle leave management, attendance, and employee queries
• Support performance tracking and feedback collection
• Coordinate manpower planning with HR, operations, and event teams
• Manage staff and freelancer allocation based on event requirements
• Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, consultants, and external recruiters
• Support payroll inputs including attendance and leave data
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive work environment
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and basic compliance
• Support administrative and operational tasks as required for the smooth functioning of day-to-day activitiy.
• Coordinate with external consultants, recruiters, and service providers as required.
• Maintain data security and confidentiality.
• Prepare and share HR MIS (recruitment, attrition, headcount, attendance).
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources
• 0-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
• Skills: Talent acquisition, recruitment, interviewing, data management, payroll, HR software, employee handling
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven with decision-making and learning ability
