We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin professional to manage end-to-end HR
operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliances, employee
engagement, and administration activities for a leading real estate company in Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle managemen
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, HR records, and HRMIS
- Ensure compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, labour laws, and other statutory
- requirements
- Organize employee engagement, welfare, and training activities
- Handle employee grievances, performance management, and HR administration
- Manage office administration, travel coordination, housekeeping, ID cards, and
- vendor coordination
- Support basic IT coordination and infrastructure management
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 6–8 years of HR & Admin experience
- Graduate / Post Graduate in HR
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry preferred
- Good knowledge of payroll, compliances, HR operations, and labour laws
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office, HR software, and HRMIS
