Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to lead and execute key human resources functions across the organisation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills who can manage end-to-end HR processes — from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. This role is critical in shaping a positive, high-performance culture at Toyo Kombucha.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer rollout — across all departments.
• Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and build job descriptions aligned with business goals.
• Design and facilitate structured onboarding programmes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
HR Operations & Compliance
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).
• Draft, implement, and periodically review HR policies and the employee handbook.
Performance Management
• Administer and coordinate the performance appraisal cycle — goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
• Support managers in providing constructive feedback and creating individual development plans for their teams.
• Identify high-potential employees and assist in succession planning initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Culture
• Plan and execute employee engagement programmes, wellness initiatives, and company-wide events.
• Conduct regular pulse surveys and act on employee feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, resolving grievances professionally and confidentially.
Learning & Development
• Identify training needs through skill gap analysis and coordinate relevant learning programmes.
• Curate and manage both internal and external training resources and track learning outcomes.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
• Coordinate with Finance for accurate and timely payroll processing, including variable pay and deductions.
• Administer employee benefits — health insurance, leave encashment, reimbursements, and more.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an FMCG, F&B, or consumer goods organisation.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS tools, payroll software, and ATS platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labour law and statutory compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
