Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Executive Human Resources role based on-site in Chennai. The Senior Executive will oversee daily HR operations, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Core responsibilities include implementing HR management practices, driving employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to the optimization of HR processes to support organizational goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) principles
- Proficiency in HR Operations and HR Policies implementation
- Experience in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of current labor laws and employment regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar HR role is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
