Senior Executive – Human Resources

Location: Sector 155 Noida
Experience: 0–3 years


Role Summary

We are looking for a self-driven HR professional who can take ownership of hiring and core HR responsibilities with minimal supervision. The role requires the ability to understand business requirements, communicate effectively, and execute tasks with accountability and attention to detail.

This position is not limited to recruitment and will involve exposure to multiple aspects of human resources, including coordination with internal teams, employee lifecycle management, and process execution.


Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

Understand manpower requirements from different departments

Draft clear and structured job descriptions

Manage end-to-end recruitment:

Sourcing and screening candidates

Coordinating interviews

Managing candidate communication and follow-ups

Maintain hiring trackers and ensure timely closures



2. HR Operations & Coordination

Support onboarding and documentation processes

Coordinate with departments for employee-related requirements

Maintain employee records and HR data

Assist in implementing HR processes and policies


3. Communication & Documentation

Draft professional emails, internal communication, and reports

Ensure clarity and accuracy in all written and verbal communication

Act as a coordination point between employees and management where required


4. Process Ownership

Take responsibility for assigned tasks and follow them through to closure

Identify gaps in processes and suggest practical improvements

Ensure timelines are adhered to without constant supervision



Candidate Profile

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently

Good command over English and Hindi (spoken and written)

Ability to write structured, clear, and professional emails

Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive


Preferred Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field

Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment

Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
