Job Profile: Senior Executive Staffing & Talent Acquisition

The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Manager with strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and support end-to-end hiring operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in business development, client management, team handling, and recruitment delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of staffing requirements, talent acquisition strategies, and the ability to align recruitment services with business objectives.
Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
· Drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities in Technical/ Non-Tech recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition services.
· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer management.
· Work closely with Client’s hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidate pipelines.
· Support contract negotiations, compensation discussions, and joining negotiation with potential candidates.
· Lead, guide, and support the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and delivery timelines.
· Monitor team performance, client satisfaction, and recruitment progress on a regular basis.
· Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates across multiple functions and levels.
· Handle stakeholder communication between clients, candidates, and internal teams.
· Track key recruitment and staffing metrics such as closures, revenue generation, time-to-hire, and client retention.
· Maintain recruitment databases, MIS reports, and hiring trackers for effective reporting and decision-making.
Must - Have Qualifications:
· Proven experience in Staffing Management, Business Development or Talent Acquisition.
· Go-getter with strong communication & negotiation skills
· Hands-on experience in end-to-end Technical recruitment (IT/ Software) and staffing operations.
· Hands-on experience in client handling, stakeholder management, and team coordination.
· Experience in offer management, salary negotiation, and candidate engagement.
· Ability to understand and work on multiple client requirements across various domains.
· Good commercial understanding of recruitment business, revenue, and delivery management.
· Ability to manage targets, deadlines, and delivery under pressure.
· Hands-on experience of ATS, recruitment trackers, MIS reporting, and hiring metrics.
Preferred Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in any stream (BBA, BA, B.Com, BSc) preferably MBA with major in HR.
· Experience with sourcing portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed & social media would be preferred.
