Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources at our Bilimora location. In this role, you will manage and oversee HR tasks, including HR operations and policy implementation, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting organizational strategies. You will actively contribute to creating a robust employee experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
- Experience in HR Operations and the implementation of HR Policies
- Proficient in managing Employee Relations and creating positive workplace environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the automotive or service industry is a plus
