About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, driving hiring closures, and supporting the organization in building high-performing teams.
Job Details:
Location: Baner, Pune.
Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Saturday.
Work Mode: Work from Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with business heads and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, recruitment groups, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interview rounds.
- Drive candidates through the recruitment process and ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer releases, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and candidate records.
- Support onboarding and ensure smooth handover of selected candidates to the HR team.
- Track recruitment metrics such as sourcing numbers, screening-to-interview ratio, interview-to-selection ratio, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring TAT.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in the real estate / staffing industry is mandatory.
