Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources located in Surat. The Senior Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, implement and communicate HR policies, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws. The role also involves strategizing and supporting HR management initiatives, handling onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and addressing workplace concerns to promote a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of HR Management and the ability to lead human resource practices and objectives
- Proficiency in HR Operations, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration
- Strong experience in Employee Relations and addressing employee concerns effectively
- Expertise in developing and implementing HR Policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
