📢 We Are Hiring: Senior Executive Human Resources
Company: Reliance Animation Studios Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Pune
Experience Required: 3–4 years
Job Profile and Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection and onboarding
* Handle overall training and recruitment management for the Animation Academy
* Coordinate faculty, trainer and staff recruitment requirements across academy locations
* Develop, draft and implement HR policies, processes and standard operating procedures
* Conduct regular visits to franchise locations for HR reviews, training and process implementation
* Coordinate employee induction, orientation and training programmes
* Support attendance, leave management, payroll inputs and employee documentation
* Maintain employee records, HR databases and statutory documents
* Address employee and franchise-partner HR-related queries
* Plan and coordinate seminars, workshops, recruitment drives and training programmes for franchise partners
* Prepare HR reports, recruitment reports and training MIS
* Coordinate with internal teams, academy management and franchise partners across India
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong understanding of recruitment and overall HR processes
* Experience in training coordination, policy drafting and process implementation
* Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to travel regularly to franchise locations across India
* Ability to coordinate with multiple franchise partners and internal stakeholders
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong organisational, documentation and follow-up skills
* Experience in the Media, Entertainment, Animation, Education or Training industry will be preferred
