Senior Executive – HR

Experience Required
- Minimum 4–5 years of Factory HR experience in Manufacturing / Process Industry
Key Responsibilities
- Handling day-to-day factory HR operations
- Recruitment, onboarding, attendance & payroll inputs
- Coordination of PF, ESI, CLRA & factory compliances
- Employee engagement, welfare & grievance handling
- Maintaining HR records and documentation
- Coordination with contractors and manpower agencies
- Training and induction coordination
Required Skills
- Knowledge of labour laws and factory HR practices
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
- Graduate in any discipline
Preferred Profile
- Experience in manufacturing setup preferred
- Strong employee relations and workforce handling skills
