Hiring: Executive / Sr. Executive – Recruitment

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- End-to-end recruitment management: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups
- Strong understanding of renewable energy hiring practices (mandatory)
- Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess role fitment
- Manage multiple positions within defined TAT and work under pressure
- Strong negotiation skills for offer closures
- Maintain and track recruitment data using Excel and Google Sheets
- Build and sustain talent pipelines (Electrical, Civil, Quality, Design Engineers)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics for continuous improvement
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in solar/renewable energy recruitment
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring with structured tracking and reporting
