🔹 Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function, drive recruitment, and build a high-performance culture within the organization.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Handle employee relations, engagement & retention
• Oversee onboarding, training & development programs
• Maintain HR policies, compliance & documentation
• Monitor performance management systems
• Coordinate with leadership for workforce planning
🔹 Requirements:
• Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of recruitment & HR operations
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Experience in team handling & scaling hiring
• Familiarity with HR software/CRM tools
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
🔹 Salary: Up to ₹38,000/month (based on experience)
