Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to drive hiring for our BPO teams. This role requires ownership of hiring outcomes, strong judgment in candidate evaluation, and the ability to work within evolving hiring processes.
You will play a key role in ensuring that hiring decisions are consistent, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
Role Ownership:
- End-to-end hiring outcomes for assigned roles, from requirement understanding to closure
- Building a predictable and high-quality candidate pipeline
- Evaluating candidates beyond resumes — focusing on role fit and long-term alignment
- Driving structured and consistent interview processes across different roles and evaluation stages
- Ensuring alignment between hiring managers and interview panels on candidate quality
- Maintaining strong candidate experience through timely communication and closure
Role Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or managing dedicated clients)
- Ability to independently drive roles and influence hiring decisions
- Strong judgment in assessing candidates, not just coordinating interviews
- Comfort working in dynamic or evolving hiring environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have:
- Experience hiring for BPO roles
- Exposure to structured interview or evaluation frameworks
- Experience handling multiple roles with varying complexity
