We are looking for a passionate and energetic Senior HR Executive to join our team and help drive a strong people culture across the organization. If you’re someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
📍 Location: Malviya Nagar
💼 Position: Senior HR Executive
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding of candidates across departments.
- Handle complete employee onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including attendance management, leave records, employee database management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance reports, and employee records with accuracy to ensure timely salary processing.
- Maintain employee files, HR policies, compliance documents, and support statutory compliance requirements.
- Build strong employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture through regular interaction and team-building activities.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally while maintaining confidentiality and employee satisfaction.
- Partner with department heads and management teams to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Support performance management processes including employee reviews, feedback discussions, and retention strategies.
- Ensure smooth implementation of company HR policies, procedures, and organizational standards across all departments.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, and employee MIS reports for management review and decision-making.
- Contribute towards strengthening employer branding and enhancing overall employee experience within the organization.
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:
✔ MBA/Graduate in HR or related field
✔ 2–5 years of HRBP/Generalist experience
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Experience in retail, QSR, hospitality, or food industry is a plus
