We’re looking for a hands-on HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations in a growing FMCG company (Export Oriented Unit).
🔹 Key Focus Areas:
* Recruitment (Sales + Plant roles)
* HR Operations & Payroll coordination
* Labour law compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
* Employee engagement & discipline
🔹 Ideal Candidate:
* 3–6 years experience (FMCG/Manufacturing preferred)
* Strong in bulk hiring & compliance
* Practical, execution-driven approach
