Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources, located in Vadodara. The selected candidate will oversee HR operations, manage HR policies and compliance, handle employee relations, and drive key HR initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities also include recruitment, developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role requires close collaboration with management and teams to support the growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
- Solid skills in Employee Relations, conflict resolution, and fostering workplace harmony
- Proficiency in strategic planning and aligning HR objectives with organizational goals
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and leadership abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications like SHRM/PHR preferred)
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- Prior experience in the infrastructure or construction industry is advantageous
