🚨 We Are Hiring: Senior HR Executive 🚨

KNS Air System Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Senior HR Executive. We are looking for a competent and experienced HR professional who can effectively manage core HR functions and contribute to organizational growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution

• Maintain HR records, attendance, and coordinate payroll activities

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies

• Support performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives

🔹 Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources

• Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR practices

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and Advance Excel
