Job Summary
The Senior HR Executive manages core HR functions independently, including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and performance management. The role requires strategic thinking, strong people management skills, and the ability to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Lead onboarding and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Implement HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate payroll processing and statutory filings
• Support performance appraisal and talent management initiatives
• Mentor and guide Junior HR Executives
• Drive employee engagement and retention programs
Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR operations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Leadership and mentoring abilities
• Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and MS Excel
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
• 2–4 years of experience in HR generalist role
