Key Responsibilities:
- Handling statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT) and related filings
- Managing employee records and documentation
- Supporting payroll processing and coordination
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handling day-to-day HR operations
Requirements:
- Educational qualification : MBA - HR
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Languages : Telugu and Hindi Mandatory
