Role Description
Job PurposeTo manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and plant positions in a manufacturing setup, including bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and plant workforce recruitment while ensuring timely closure of positions and maintaining hiring quality.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitmentl To coordinate with Hiring Managers for hiring based on approved Manpower Requisition Form from Mid to Senior level positions
l To identify the suitable candidates for vacant / open positions from various sources within the
l TAT
l To arrange Interviews for the shortlisted candidates
l · To negotiate compensation and other terms of offers with candidates
l · To issue Offer Letters and follow up for Resignation Acceptance confirmation if necessary
l · To prepare Employee Kit and Verification of Employee Documents
l To assist hiring managers in drafting Job Descriptions
l Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiencies
l
l Manage the complete recruitment cycle for Bulk, Plant & Lateral hiring from sourcing till joining.
l Coordinate with hiring managers for role clarification and candidate evaluation.
l Maintain recruitment timelines to meet urgent manpower requirements.
l Coordinate closely with plant HR and plant leadership teams.
l Work closely with business heads, plant managers, and HR teams to understand hiring priorities.
l Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports.
l Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
l Ensure smooth interview processes and candidate experience.
Data Management & Reportingl Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
- l Monitor recruitment metrics like TAT, cost per hire, and source effectiveness.
