Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources, located in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include managing core HR functions such as recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and adherence to HR policies. The role will focus on developing and maintaining a positive work culture, ensuring smooth HR processes, implementing best practices, and managing employee records and compliance. The Senior Executive will act as a key HR point of contact for employees and leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management and HR Operations to handle day-to-day processes and ensure organizational efficiency
- Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
- Knowledge of HR Policies and familiarity with Human Resources practices and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Relevant experience in the staffing or services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; additional HR certifications are an advantage
