🏥 Holy Cross Hospital, Kottiyam, Kollam is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team.
🔹 Experience:
3–5 years in HR role
🔹 Qualification:
MBA HR / MHRM
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & onboarding
• Employee relations management
• Performance management
• Training and development
• HR policy implementation & compliance
🔹 Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Preferred candidates from NABH accredited hospitals
