Job Title: Sr. Executive
Responsibilities
Execute the complete Employee Life Cycle Processes and maintain smooth functions across all the level Grades for:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Induction and onboarding
- Exit and Retention Process
Discuss with every Department head, understand the Manpower needs, and perform the recruitment process accordingly.
Keep a check on the Recruitment TAT.
Contribute to HR policies development and ensure smooth implementation across the Organization.
Execute Buddy Referral Policy for hiring purposes.
Perform the Job Analysis for various positions and create the Job Description according to the roles, responsibilities, and authority (RRA).
Keep a check on the Month-on-Month expenses incurred regarding the employee engagement activities and canteen services (whenever it come).
Execute the performance evaluation and appraisal process for the Employees.
Record the Employee Feedback and inform the Management accordingly.
Give an understanding of the overall reporting structure to the Existing and New Employees in the organization.
Perform all the HR functions and document the same:
- Joining Formalities
- Attendance
- Entry and Exit time
- Payroll Management
- Leaves Management
- Govt Policies and Benefits
- Employee Grievances
Focus on improving the Employee experience and work culture.
Regularly maintain the Safety Register and update it to the Management team.
Ensure the availability of Medical First Aid in the Plant area and coordinate with the Purchase Team about refilling of Safety (PPE) Kits as required.
Manage the Labour Colony, maintain a safe and hygienic environment, equipment functionality, infection control, medical facilities and ensure proper documentation.
Perform all the admin works:
- Stakeholder Management
- Guest house booking
- Visitor Pass
- Housekeeping services & Security, etc
Provide support to every Department during learning and development programs.
Contribute to formulating performance metrics and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
Maintain 5S standards in the departments and workshop area, and ensure a clean, organized and efficient workplace.
To attain Management Review Meetings, discuss all the HR Metrics and challenges faced, and document the same:
- Opening vs Closing Positions with Mis-Hire Rate
- Recruitment/Hiring TAT
- Policy Implementation activities
Maintain the Audit-related documents, participate in the Audits and provide support during the process.
Coordination with Consultants and any other external service providers as per the requirements.
Manage the Organization’s wellness habits, preserve and nurture the culture of the organization.
To maintain data security and confidentiality (NDA).
To act as a substitute in the absence of your colleague and take on the emergent responsibilities.
Qualifications
Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate (in HR)
Experience: Min 1 - 2 years (HR related experience will be preferred)
