Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as Senior Executive Human Resources, based in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR management. The role demands continuous alignment of HR practices with organizational objectives and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
- Proficiency in HR Operations and knowledge of implementing effective HR policies
- Ability to handle Employee Relations efficiently and address workplace concerns
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools
- Experience in the education or publishing industry is an advantage
